Inviting applications for the role of AM, Order Analyst
In this role, you will drive process optimization and enhancement, and own & manage stakeholder/customer experience on every interaction in a fast paced, structured GSC environment, and reduce transactional efforts via effective and efficient processes which help to expedite issue resolution.
Responsibilities
Monitor all vendor performance and evaluate all orders and provide all required approvals.
Provide an interface with finance department and manage all contracting processes and manage all incoming purchase orders from various email locations.
Design finance package for all orders entered on Oracle and resolve all outstanding issues in coordination with management and evaluate all metrics to provide accurate weekly data.
Evaluate all weekly metrics and analyze all continuous improvement project and prepare reports for all requests.
Monitor and process all returns according to financial requirements and ensure compliance to all SOX reporting requirements.
Perform troubleshoot on all sales orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancement to all management process.
Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open sales order and ensure appropriate order flow.
Manage all communication with all sales department order and process all customer orders and shipment of products and ensure optimal practices for all processes.
Create Orders, compare with quotation and mediate between sourcing, warehousing, logistics and manufacturing.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Full-time Bachelor s Degree mandatory.
Excellent knowledge of Oracle based Systems
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite & other productivity applications
Strong active listening, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly, think independently, and develop new processes/analyses as required.
Preferred qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering and/or Post-Graduation Degree/Diploma in Management is desirable.
Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift )
Strong attention to detail.
Having knowledge of Digital Techniques will be an added advantage.
