Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Project Manager - Value Share
We are looking for a candidate who can drive a strategic company level initiative cutting across verticals, lines of business and geographies with direct top/bottom line impact to Genpact.
The purpose of this role is to build of a new muscle with objective to drive Value based Pricing in Genpact. This individual will lead / project manage and execute a company-wide program, while working with senior leaders.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible to:
Enabling embedment of the new thinking in overall G s strategy
Working across workstreams to analyze inflows, pipeline, booking data and coming up with strategies for better embedment of Next Gen Commercial Models
Liaising with cross functional teams to gather high level data and drawing actionable insights
Working across workstreams to ensure appropriate execution and delivery on action items
Managing program governance, timelines, and quality of deliverables
Execution + Monitoring daily program activities
Identifying and managing program adherence to standards and governance
Actively communicating and building synergies between work-streams
Ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualification
Postgraduate / MBA
Willingness to learn new ideas and concepts
High on Energy & self-motivated
Strong Quantitative skills - Good Knowledge of Advanced Excel and Power point mandatory
Great email writing skills
Excellent Communication skills with ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Prior program management skills preferable with exposure to creating communication and change management strategies
Preferred Qualifications
High tolerance to ambiguity
Good team player, collaborative, high energy, good work ethic
Good understanding of company s financial metrics
Strategic Thinker- Ability to create and defend point of view / frameworks
