Job Description

Main Work is to Prepare and Uploading and Handling of Tender Documents
Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
Contribution in Cost and Price Estimation
Proven working experience in handling government projects
Should be well versed with tender methodology/bid preparation & bid submission for government tenders
Collate and ensure proper documentation within the tendering and contract process
Able to work on multiple proposals, tenders, BQs of various size and complexity
