We are looking for someone who can coordinate the Accounts Payable function. Also, assist associates to identify & implement AP improvements. You must be a Finance and Accounting Subject Matter Guide with relevant experience in the accounts payable process.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to accounts payable, which include:
- Understanding of Finance & Accounting with expertise in either one of the services lines AP, AR, RTR
- Understand knowledge/learning gaps of the associates during production and cull out the themes
- Should have experience of working in F&A operations, Transitions, Training role, Learning & Development
- Ability to work with diverse set of stakeholders (customers, associates, operational leaders) to establish a robust knowledge management framework and deliver business impact
- Understand training requirements for a new business and translate them into a training curriculum
- Build accounting competency/technical know-how in the process
- Should have the ability to use knowledge capture, retention and transfer tool
- Have working knowledge of ERP s (SAP, Oracle .) - preferred
- Proficient in content creation and SOP documentation
- Ability to take stand up training sessions basis TNI on soft skills, domain
- Ability to present to internal and external clients
- Should be competent in reporting & analysis
Minimum qualifications
- B.Com Graduate
- Significant Experience
- Good communication skills & highly proactive in approach
- Strong SME knowledge of Accounting concepts
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- ERP knowledge like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft will be an added advantage
