Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced growth product manager who is user focused and data driven. In this role you will take complete ownership of the growth strategy for Packts library subscription service for tech professionals, helping lead us from product market fit to scalable growth.

  • Own high-level OKRs for subscriber acquisitions from organic traffic, referrals, and paid channels
  • Improve metrics for sign-up, conversion, and CAC
  • Work with other Product Managers, Analytics, UX and Development to drive growth
  • Lead the ideation and delivery of product features and optimisations that drive user growth through network effects
  • Optimise our existing content-driven ibound SEO acquisition strategy
  • Develop new outbound acquisition strategies around paid channels
  • Work with other teams to convert channel customers into Packt subscribers

Requirements

  • Previous experience of success with product growth and rapid scaling
  • Experience of a subscription or SaaS business, specifically B2C
  • Educated to degree level or similar
  • Proven user insight capability
  • Data centric
  • A product mindset and eye for good UX

Desirable

  • Technical background with experience in software development or web technologies
  • Experience in a rapidly scaling startup environment
  • Experience with SEO
  • Management of paid budgets
