Job Description

OracleHCMFunctional Consultant

Role - Associate 2 - Sr. Associate
1) Overall experience of 5 to 8 years. Minimum 4 Yrs. of Relevant Experience in cloudHCM
2) Must have worked in at least 2 to 3 modules from the list - Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Management, Payroll
3) The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team, being able to demonstrate an ability to develop other colleagues
4) Must have at least 2 full projects experience, through go-live.
5) Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements

Candidate must have
Strong process knowledge in any or all the modules listed above
Must be able to perform configuration based on the client requirement
Must have strong knowledge in understanding the gap between the oracle product Vs Client Requirement
Must have strong knowledge in writing the Functional Specifications, Drive the Workshops, Coordinate with client Business leads to finalize the conversion template, Perform Unit & End to End Testing.
Must have strong communication skills plus coordinate with 3rd Party Vendors to test the integrations.

Salary : 21LPA
