Job Description:- Strong leadership qualities and experience in agile model is must
- Experience in Performance testing
- Client Liaison is must
- Previously should have managed a team of 10-12 testers.
- Should be able to work independently with very less supervision.
- Passionate towards delivering the highest quality cross-platform entertainment experiences.
- Good experience in creating and maintaining the QA Test Plans, Checklist, and QA documentation.
- Expertise in the usage of bug tracking and Test management tools is a must.(JIRA and Test rail are plus)
- Proficiency with dev and debugging tools.
- Experience in working in the agile environment (CI).
- Previous experience in working directly with engineering teams
- Strong hands on experience in automation test scripts development
- Experience in design & development of test automation frameworks from scratch
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 Automation engineers
- Should be able to prioritize, estimate & write the automation test cases
- Understand requirements and come up with comprehensive test case list
- Understand and follow all the standard procedures in QA team
- Understand technology and domain areas for the tasks assigned
- Familiarize with all testing tools employed and be ready to pick up new tools and technologies based on the project needs.
- Train and bring new team members on board
- Experience in Automation using Selenium & Java
- Good programming skills using Core Java (including Collections)
- Good knowledge on testing frameworks: JUnit, TestNG etc.
- Experience in Automation Framework development.
- Should have lead/mentored a team of 3-5 automation engineers
- Good technical and debugging skills
- Experience in one or more of CI/CD tools(Jenkins/Hudson/Bamboo)
- Experience in testing Web and Client Server applications
- Well versed with SDLC, STLC and other Quality Assurance processes
- Good Oral & Written communication skills and able to handle conference calls with Client
- Experience in Mobile automation using Appium or any other suitable tools/libraries
- Experience with SoapUI, PostMan, Fiddler etc.
- Good knowledge on Web technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS, HTTP and Ajax
- Good knowledge in Database and UNIX.

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
