Job Description:
> Deliver consistent high-quality software testing scripts for functional testing
> Plan test schedule and strategies in accordance with release scope.
> Task allocation to QA engineers.
> Manage production of all testing deliverable including daily reports, weekly status reports, test cases, test plans, bug tracking reports, final release certification report, RTM checklists
> Automation of test cases by reviewing, writing and debugging automation scripts and unit testing
> Experience with Agile and Waterfall approaches.
> Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities.
> Ability to direct toward root cause analysis of issues and to clearly communicate finding to QA and Project management leadership
> Working experience with J2EE Applications
> Ensure that test cases for both functional requirements are created and mapped to requirements.
> Excellent communication skills
> Creating and defining risks contingencies and plans.
> Ensure that test deliverable produced are delivered on time, created according to the standard defined in the test method
Required Candidate profile
Qualifications B.E/B.Tech/ MCASkills > 10+ years of experience in software testing out of which minimum 3 years should have worked as Test Lead.
> Strong experience in people management skills.
> Candidate should have minimum of 4 Years of Experience in Automation Testing (Selenium)
> Must have experience of Web based applications, disciplines and standards to enable quality testing.
> Functional, UI/UX, and API testing (Soap UI) experience necessary
> Ability to review functional requirements and design documents to plan a test approach and execute that approach.
> Experience in defect management tools like jira, bugzilla
> Ability to report progress on a daily basis at both a detailed and a high level
> Ability to develop test plan, test report
> Ability to develop automated test scripts
> Ability to define the Non-Functional Test Strategy
> Collaborate with relevant team members (BAs, Dev and QA) to understand project scope and testing deliverables
> in Should have experience the protocols like HTTP (Web), SOAP (Webservices)

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Computers
PG: MCA - Computers
