Job Description

Our client is a unique personal hygiene brand that has been listed as one of the top 10 startups in 2020 by LinkedIn. The husband-wife founders of the company started the journey of setting up the brand out of a very personal challenge of threatening infections every time one visits a public washroom. Founded in 2013, the company launched a toilet seat sanitiser spray for women that helped sanitize and deodorize toilet seats in public restrooms in just 5 seconds. This product, being travel friendly, saved millions of women from the risk of contracting UTI and soon became the world's highest-selling product in the category. Apart from the flagship product, this D2C company offers eco-friendly sanitary pads, organic cotton tampons, menstrual cups, toilet papers, anti-pollution dust masks, among others.
Their products are currently available in around 100 cities of India and exported to about 10 countries. This personal hygiene and wellness brand has been awarded as Amazon's SMB Brand of the Year 2020.
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day performance marketing on Google and all social media platforms.
What you will do:
- Driving brand initiatives, campaign planning, media strategy, execution and performance tracking
- Managing day-to-day performance marketing on Google and all social media platforms
- Managing web analytics - implementation and analysis
- Creating and optimizing campaigns for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bings Ads, Quora Ads, Adroll, and Perfect Audience
- Analyzing the traffic and achieving the goals set (Lead and conversion-based campaigns)
- Forming Leads, Audience Targeting, and Conversion Optimization for Facebook Ads
- Managing Text, Display, Video ads for all the platforms mentioned above
- Curating insights from FB Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads manager, and other analytics platforms
- Establishing processes for monitoring, measurement, and optimization of performance marketing metrics that correlate to business
Desired Candidate Profile :
What you need to have:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience in a Performance Marketing mandate of a known consumer brand is a must
- Ability to Re-market ads for Website visitors, Custom affinity, Intent, and Lookalike Audiences
- Experience in handling large-scale campaign planning, optimization for both performances
- Strong knowledge of Google Adwords & SME
- Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail
- Consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically
