Looking for Software Test Automation & DevOps Engineer for IoT platform

Responsibilities :

- Manage all operational aspects of Development, Test and Production
- Plan tasks based on releases
- Support time based agile releases
- All aspects of a product release & testing
- Writing automation scripts in Python & Bash
- Learn new technologies and improve QA / Release processes

Qualifications :

- Engineering degree in Computer Science
- 5+ years experience in Test automation, Releases with 3+ years in a lead role
- Solid understanding of QA process, experience with Agile
- Familiar with databases, e.g., SQLite, Postgresql
- Experience with virtual machines, Vagrant, Docker containers etc.
- Solid experience with Linux
- Familiar with Test case management system and defect tracking system
- Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced collaborative environment in IoT domain
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, commitment to meeting deadlines
- Cloud Infrastructure (like AWS) Operations and Management

MUST HAVE Knowledge of and Production experience with :

- Linux (Ubuntu/Debian preferred)
- Python and Bash
- Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Monitoring and Alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack etc)
- SCM and Build platforms (Git, Jenkins), AWS

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

PG: MCA, M.Tech - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
