Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Job Description:

1. Define, develop and maintain an configuration management system (CMS) to securely store Configuration Item (CI) data and to provide accurate information for risk assessment and incident resolution
2. Develop and promote the value of Asset & Configuration management policies, processes and procedures within the organization to ensure compliance and reduce risk
3. Implement effective processes and controls for maintaining the configuration management system, thereby maintaining the integrity and security of the configuration management system
4. Undertake regular audits of the configuration management system and configuration item data and develop and implement processes to remediate non-compliance and ensure the database reflects the production environment
