Branch Manager Job For 2-6 Year Exp In @ Jobsnta

Working together with our Lead Generation Executive to: answer customers questions, offer appropriate insurance product, generate quotes, support the process of billing/submitting applications and converting underwriting policies into closed products by providing practical advice and recommendations
Grow existing accounts and develop new accounts in order to meet sales and profitability goals establish by the Direct-Sales Management
Manage daily activities to reach program goals
Maintain current sales pipeline of clients and current pending applications
Keep database current and accurate with: target customer, current customer and future customer
Plan, strategize and organize daily activities to achieve department goals
Understand , facilitate and expedite internal processes for the closing of business
Actively participates in sales meetings and training as required by the company
Respect the company corporate culture; uses the clients language
Must stay current with current product knowledge as well as competitors products
Maintain ethical business practices
Other duties as assigned.

Age: Upto 38 years,
Qualification: Any Graduation,
Targeted Companies : Insurance companies
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in Life Insurance(Agency/ Direct Team handling Experience).
