We are looking for an UI Dev Manager to be part the transformation of our easy to use, configurable application into the next level Contract Lifecycle Management enterprise platform that serves Fortune 500 customers. This candidate should fit into our culture of (FORTE) Fairness, Openness, Respect, Teamwork and Execution to help grow Icertis into the next generation contracting cloud platform.
The ideal candidate will contribute in leading and managing UI team and also contribute in UI architecture initiative to make the Icertis UI the most performant, consistent, and easy to use across all devices, browsers and experiences. The candidate should be able to plan the solutions and highlight the risk proactively. This person will collaborate with Engineering, Product Management and User Experience to manage and provide direction to refactor existing code, build new features and prototype experimental proof of concepts that demonstrate the business value of emerging technologies as they apply to the domain. Your work will be at the intersection of collaboration, workflow management, artificial intelligence, machine learning and data science, so there will be a lot of room to learn new technology for the right candidate.
Candidate must also have experienced this journey in an enterprise software context in a SaaS environment across multiple releases. This professional has a maniacal attention to detail in delivering both technically elegant and very usable business applications.
Required Skills:

• Ability to understand complex code structures. Manage UI platform components that can be deployed to implement the usage patterns of the users.
• Lead and manage a team of UI developers in building sophisticated UI components that can be stitched together to build a consistent application UI framework that is scalable, secure and easy to maintain.
• Take full ownership of product features from inception to completion, and take real pride in one's craftsmanship that will be widely used by top 100 Global companies
• Create prototype implementations to prove the concept. Work with the larger UI/engineering team to productize the concepts.
• Identify new technology frameworks that can be utilized to improve the speed of development and velocity of new capabilities to be introduced.
• Research industry trends and propose changes to the current design as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or Engineering graduate, preferably a MS degree from a reputed university
• Ability to deliver software and artefacts independently.
• Ability to mentor technical teams and evaluate software artefacts.
• Ability to communicate with technical experts as well as functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience with non-functional requirements like performance, scalability and security
• 9 to 12 years of software development experience with minimum of 7 years in HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, and JSON in a high growth environment
• Experience with Responsive HTML frameworks like Bootstrap and Zurb Foundation
• Experience with building out a reusable design system like Salesforce Lightning, SAP Fiori or Material Design. Experience with Javascript frameworks like Angular-S or ReactJS
• Experience with Kendo UI or Infragistics UI Controls
• Experience with data visualization frameworks like or Kendo Charts
• Expertise in implementing scalable SaaS enterprise application UI frameworks
• In depth experience in the design, development and deployment of enterprise web and/or cloud applications using Microsoft .NET technologies
• Extensive Experience with MVC using C#.NET
• A great communicator of ideas and solutions and a lateral thinker when faced with complex performance or production issues
