The Partner Sales and Development Manager will be responsible for managing the overall Partner Business in the assigned Territory.
Responsibilities:
    • Develop Sales relationships with Large SIs, Consulting Partners and Boutique Service Partners.
    • Business Development with assigned Partners.
    • Identify New Partners, Recruit New Partners and activate the Partners.
    • Lead the Partner Sales Teams to generate and mature opportunities that can be handed over to the Icertis Sales Teams for Sales Management.
    • Work with Partners to create and execute business plans so as to provide us coverage in the assigned territory.
    • Work with Partners to grow their Implementation Practice so as to provide quality implementations at fair price.
    • Ensure Partner Profitability.
    • Review Business Plans evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
    • Partner Enablement - Take responsibility to drive Sales Team Enablement.
    • Implementation Consultants - Enable and Certify.
    • Take responsibility of the Partner Sales Pipeline and meet monthly commitments.
    • Work with partners to develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricings.
    • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings with Partner Sales teams.

Qualifications:
    • 5+ years software product industry experience.
    • Demonstrated track record of success in one or more of the following areas: Sales, partner led joint sales, and Partner field executive relationship building.
    • Strong grasp of solution and value-based selling preferably from experience gained from working in the enterprise business applications space.
    • Superior oral/written communication and listening skills.
    • Strong teamwork skills are also required to successfully work in a matrixed environment.
    • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, MBA a plus, working experience with large partner field organization especially with Microsoft field is a BIG plus.
    • Willingness to travel as needed (30-40%) pending COVID safety precautions.
