Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Monitor status of servers for the VLT program Perform Maximo trouble ticket maintenance for VLT program Monitor problems to ensure network stability and timely resolution Maintain and update site operator files Provide End of Day processing, including; Production of various reports for the VLT program Production of revenue and game data reports for VLT program System integrity testing Provide coverage to Retail Services by Processing calls received Dispatching service calls as required Isolating network and terminal problems Act as liaison with SLGA and SaskTel Other duties and projects as assigned.
