Roles and Responsibilities

Is able to analyses business requirements and can convert them to
technical requirements and document the requirements.
In depth knowledge of SOAP and REST API's define message and
API standards.
In-depth understanding of online and offline payment products,
Clearing and settlements, transaction processing domain
knowledge
Has in-depth knowledge of business processes, design, re-
engineering, process rationalization, cost control, capacity
planning, performance measurement and quality
To be able to properly interpret and translate a customers
business needs into application and operational requirement
Excellent communication and presentation skills including
presenting to banks and senior executives
Excellent problem solving skills, and ability to come up with the
recommendations using the data
Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams with a results
oriented attitude
Ability to strike the right balance between developing a high level
understanding of business requirements and developing the
detailed specs
Hands on experience in implementing API's
