Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. Incumbent must have a flair for new and evolving technologies and a vision to transform traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry.
The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges and the individual is required to multi-task, conceptualize, implement new processes, have attention to detail, work under stringent deadlines while aggregating and interpreting data.
Demonstrate sharp analytical skills for coordination across functions with an objective of fulfillment of orders from national key accounts.
Program managing cross functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs.
Plan, execute and monitor the customer excellence operations with an objective of reducing delivery TATs
Provide ongoing support to business activities and coordinate between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Marketing & other functions
