Job Description
Project Role: Project Manager
Work Experience: 10-12 years
Work location: Bengaluru
What are we looking for
- Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines
- Ensures requirements for internal technology projects align to operational standards. Develops alternate requirements or document exceptions as appropriate.
- Tools and technics
- Develops, defines, and executes project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles.
- Ability to an effective production plan.
- Understand project objectives and identify the right points of contact in business to effectively execute the change management process
- Re-align priorities based on high-level objectives with conflicting demands without losing sight of the big picture
- Assigns and monitors work of project team providing technical and analytical support and direction. Interfaces with external clients or field-based employees on technical matters as needed.
- Ability to follow the team for target vs actual.
- Strict adherence to timelines and quality of project deliverables
- Pro-active issues and risk identification and highlighting to the Sponsors and stakeholders concerned
- Ability to identify issues and provide a good solution.
- Manages project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope, and quality are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle disputes from the customer.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to establish a strong client relationship.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out sensitive assignments

- An Exposure to handling 3-5 major Data Processing projects at a time.
- Technical writing.
- Project management methodologies.

Technical Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project planning and tracking with PDCA methodologies.
- Root cause analysis (FEMA analysis).
- Good presentations skill.
- Good knowledge in report generation for review meetings.
