Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategy for customer acquisition leveraging digital and social media marketing campaigns
- Establish best practice for strategic ABM campaigns and become the subject matter expert in building targeted account journeys.
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Strategize and implement MarTech stack. Manage Social Media communication & engagement
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of proven track record of driving growth through B2B digital demand generation and ABM; preferably in IT/ITES industry.
- Degree in engineering, or science; MBA preferred
- Proficiency working with major marketing technologies, including ABM and marketing automation platforms
- Expert in digital marketing and hands-on experience of optimizing campaigns across channels
- Experience working in lead acquisition with a hyper-targeted account approach and focusing on enterprise sales.
- Deep understanding of key metrics, analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture key metrics
- Strong quantitative mindset and data driven approach to digital marketing
