We are inviting applications for the role of Associate, BPM Analyst
Join the Cora AI team which drives NLU - led innovation at scale and delivers AI enabled solutions and services for clients around the world. Using open architecture and a modular approach, this team is set to deliver digital products and consulting services, powered by Genpact Cora AI-based platform, that connect with both legacy systems and new technologies. The result is faster development times, better customer experiences, higher ROI, and greater agility.
The role is to understand business requirements, breaking the problem statement into smaller modules, storyboarding the business requirement as per Implementation Methodology, Translate business requirements to efficient and flexible model. Deploy and transition the final solution to support. Along with this need to mentor and lead team of Rage Modelers.
Responsibilities:
Understand the scope of the tasks with logical ability to design the basic structure of solution at high level
To deliver business process implementations using the proprietary business process automation platform.
The key features of this platform:
o Flow chart driven tool facilitates
o Code less programming (using modelling instead of programming)
o Complete integrated IDE to facilitate modelling, testing/debugging the business processes
Conduct the unit as well as performance testing of the designed processes
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduate/ Post Graduate
Industry experience with hands on experience in SQL/Database
Experience in consulting, process transformation, process re-engineering, process design or six sigma roles preferred.
Good analytical and logical skills
good communication skills
Thrives in pressure situations and able to prioritize multiple priorities
Preferred qualifications
BE/ B tech. / MCA / MSc. / BSc.
Familiarity with AGILE/SCRUM is a value add
