Job Description
Position Overview:
The position requires the review and analysis of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)-related policies and technical specifications, as well as comparing and contrasting guidance with clients' current state. The incumbent will be expected to develop core knowledge and status in ICAM-related policies and guidance, assist with the development of unit-level projects and solutions, perform day-to-day operations, implement product updates, add new features, and produce analysis. He/she will also be expected to provide technical support for the integration of ICAM solutions into the enterprise, assist with requirements gathering and technical solution development, and support deployment planning, transition management, communications, and operations management.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide entitlements to end-user and birthright applications, regardless of deployment model (i.e., cloud or on premise)
- Document and maintain the entitlement catalog (roles and rules) for all end user, including birthright and privileged access entitlements, with assistance from key stakeholders (Security & Risk management and Business Users)
- Document and maintain the master catalog of current state provisioning business process workflows and RACI that reflects actor roles, responsibilities, and processes
- Certify all end user, birthright, and privileged accounts for all entitlement provisioning
- Provide Access Management support for Enterprise Systems, including:
- New User Account Activation
- Password Resets and User Deactivation
- Group Assignments and Changes
- Account lifecycle changes
- Provide support to Authorized Users on both a reactive and a proactive basis
- Manage Incidents from Authorized Users relating to all Services in conformance with Incident Management
- Monitor and report for performance metrics
- Periodically evaluate Access management processes, identify process improvements, and provide recommendations for addressing systemic issues
- Document and update Access management Procedures for Enterprise Systems
- Maintain confidentiality and security
- Assist in defining policies for access management, in coordination with the Identity, Certificate, and Access Management (ICAM) Program
- Provide Tier 2 support for Access Management and Governance Issues
- Perform manual account provisioning in response to end user access requests
- Continuously identify and remove orphaned and duplicate user accounts
Role Specific Experience
- 5+ yrs of overall experience required
- Familiarity with Access Management and Governance issues and solutions
- Knowledge of one of the following: SailPoint, AD, LDAP/Passkey, and secure-ID/RSA
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, pressured, highly visible, changing environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, independent, and responsive (requiring little supervisory attention)
- Solid oral and written communication skills (ability to present and explain technical information to end users in a simple way)
