Roles and Responsibilities

• Effective implementation Recruitment Process.
• Maintenance & updating of Staff Requisition forms. Take the requisite approvals for severance, transfer & resh additional cases
• Coordinate for building In house data bank.
• To effectively carry out the recruitment activities (screening the applications, shortlisting the candidates, coordinating interviews etc) to reduce TAT.
• Using the i-recruitment tool
• Sourcing through Job Portal/LinkedIn
• Knowledge of the vacancies in the departments at all time
• Initial screening of the candidate.
• Maintaining the necessary MIS
• Coordinating for the onboarding activities of new joinee.

Issuance of offer and appointment letter

MBA HR + 1+ years experience as recruiter in Hospital/Pharma industry

Graduate with 2 years experience as recruiter
