We Are Hiring Team Leader Collection For Banking Collections (DRA & Non-DRA)
- Day Shift
- Total Work Experience : 2 Years (Mandatory)
- Any Graduate Mandatory
- Job Type: Full-Time.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Should Know Throughput Calculation Like Attrition, Shrinkage.
- Should Have Handled Minimum 20 to 30 Field Executive's & Tele-caller as Team Lead.
- Should have Handled the Team, Weekly Reviews And Encourage Team To Meet Organizational Goals
- Responsible For Staff Retention within The Team.
- Should Be Collection Background, Handling Financial Products (PL, X-Backets Etc)
- Should Have worked as Team Leader - Minimum 2 - 4 Years
- Must be graduate with Collection & Recovery Experience.
- Should Have A Fair Knowledge Of Collection Mechanism Like Skip Tracking.
- The Candidate Should Also Exhibit Strong Process Orientation.
- He Should Be Able To Add Value To The End Customer Experience By Ensuring Quick Collection Turnaround Time Of Individual Cases.
- Experience In Unsecured Business Loans Collections Is Preferred.
- B2b Collections, Team Leader, Coordinating With Internal And External Teams, Credit Verification For New Clients, Client Query Resolutions And Recovery Of Debtors, Work Closely With Internal Sales And F&A Teams, Reconciliation And Forecast.
- Core Skills Recovery & Collection, Credit Control, CRM Inter Department Co-Ordination, Aging Analysis, MS Office Data/Team Management Reconciliation, Claim Settlement Recovery / Dispute Management. Managing Day To Day Planning, Operational Challenges And Solving Problems Of A Team Of Agents.
- Plan And Manage The Group's Performance On The Score Card Metrics And Look For Methods To Constantly Exceed Expectations.
- Conduct Meetings Regularly To Ensure Open Communication And Devise An Action Plan To Address Issues/ Concerns Raised By the Team.
