POSITION IN COMPANY :- CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE 

POSITION SUMMARY :- Customer care specialist are responsible for handling calls from new and existing customer regarding a variety of request around products as specified by the client. 

Specialists requires an intimate knowledge of the products or services being sold, great communication skills and sales experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information researching, locating, and providing information. 

Determines requirements by working customer.

Resolve problems by clarifying issues researching and exploring answer and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problem.
