JD 1 - Operating Instructions Engineer
- Capability to interpret internal technical documentation and grasp overarching design concepts to translate them into a manual, Clear ability to communicate design intent through the usage of English language and visuals to meet user needs. , Facilitate between the Technical Documentation team and the technical team in order to translate questions/ comments, Enough technical understanding to know how to find relevant information through applications software(e.g. magic) or who to go to for information. , Ability to work cross-functionally with Service, A&D, product manager, Application.
- Some form of Product knowledge at a bare min, o XDR, DXM, wave, etc. would be nice to have, o Spiro knowledge would be a bonus, o Basic understanding of upstream bioprocessing,
- Basic Adobe and MS word skills. Formatting is already done, just need technical information updated, Experience writing technical user manuals, Ability to proactively seek out information and ask questions to aid in the understanding of the product/process. , Update and replace existing technical information as needed. , Collaborate with different teams to answer any questions/comments the technical team has on content, As part of the Technical documentation team gather inputs from the Design team and translate inputs into a user-friendly readable instruction manual, Facilitate Review sessions to meet the timeline for Operating instruction manuals
JD 2 - Mechanical Engineer Plastic & Sheetmetal
Location- Pune, Total Ex perience (TEX) - 5+ Years Relevant Experience (REX): 4 + Years , Notice Period: Immediate to 45 / 60 days
Job Description - Mechanical Engineer Plastic & Sheetmetal
Mechanical design and design change of a module/subsystem/system
Plastics (injection molding and thermoforming) and sheet metal components/sub-assemblies and development
Conduct DFM, DFA review with supplier for plastic and sheet metal components , Creating 3D models, assembly and detailing including drawing conversion , Identifying the suita ble material for design and reating and releasing BOM , Performing calculation for design feasibility , Apply GD&T and perform Tolerance stack-up analysis
DFMEA and identify relevant product risk , Hands on experience of Engineering Change Management , Work with supplier/procurement to complete prototype , Requirements, Design, implementation, test and integration of his Unit in accordance with the higher-level Requirement and - Design specifications / architectures. , Reliability and Serviceability of the system / subsystem / component.
Complying to all applicable medical standards / regulations such as CE and FDA. , Working closely with all the other team members both R&D team members (Like Systems, Verification, Norm compliance etc.) and cross functional stakeholders (Like Service, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, Clinical etc.) for the projects. , Provide technical support to suppliers and other departments to fulfill project and production needs.
Support localization activities. , Knowledge of IEC 60601 standards is preferred.
