Designation: Sr. Manager / Asst.General Manager

Experience :14 Yrs to 17 Yrs in Dairy Industry in UHT Plant

Qualification:B.Tech - Dairy Technology / IDD

MandatoryRequirement:Willing to relocate to plant near byl ocation. Experiencei n Dairy UHT automation plant, should know the local language Telugu and immediate joiner.

Compulsory working in Minimum 3 Years in Plant Manager Role In Dairy Industry.

1. In Charge for APS  location and responsible for total Operations & Maintenance of the plant.
2. Responsible for Production Planningand Ensure to achieve production as per requirement.
3. Responsible for Production and Supply the Indents raised by the Sales Department
4. Administrative Head of the APS Unit
5. Responsible to produce the Products as per Quality Standards and SOPs.
6. Responsible for the Preventive Maintenance of the total APS Unit
7. Ensure to achieve targeted quality
8. Ensure to achieve production as per requirement / processing / chilling
9. Ensure timely dispatch of milk / milk products
10. Responsible for maintaining all the process equipment and Service equipment to ensure continuous trouble free performance.
11. Responsible for controlling further processing, delivery or installation of machinery
12. Ensure safety and discipline
13. Good housekeeping and cleanliness
14. Implementation of guidelines of energy conservation.
15. Implementation of guidelines given as per GMP, ISO, MMPO, FSMS etc.
16. Effective utilization of manpower.
17. Provides resources required for individual departments.
18. Ensure maintenance of all records, sending MIS in time and attending to Internal Auditor queries.
19. Identifies training needs of all employees and send it to Regional Head (ops) & forward to HR Dept. for necessary action.
20. Responsible for calibration for all equipments/instruments.
21. Performance Management.
