Job Description:Responsibilities:
Managing entire category P&L and operations
Formulating business strategy for the overall growth of the category
Responsible for driving land acquisition, driving production and managing expenses of the category
which translates to a major contribution to top and bottom-line for the company.
Work closely with management to set and achieve goals for the category
Formulating SOPs/playbooks to ensure flawless execution with multi-functional teams (sales,
finances, product, procurement)
Managing business development, farm operations and agronomy team for the category
Evaluating new initiatives in line with the strategic plan, like identification and implementation of
new value propositions for key farmer partners
Requirements
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in category management or business head role
Post-Graduation in food and Agribusiness management is a plus
Strong Business development, business strategy, and operations skills
Entrepreneurial skills with risk appetite. Ability to go from 1 to 100
Strong decision making and management skills
Have good communication skills
Have a strong team spirit
Experience: 10 to 20 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 25,00,000 to 60,00,000
