Job Description:-
Designation: - Design Engineer / Sr. Design Engineer

Location:- Gurgaon (sec-18)

Salary: - As Per Company Standard

Role & responsibility:
1-5.5KW Pilot PDU DC To DC Power Supply for BEL Bangalore (DRDO).
2-1.7KW DTRM DC To DC Power Supply for BEL Ghaziabad(DRDO)
3-252 W PSUR DC To DC Power Supply for BEL Hyderabad
4-1.2KW, 1-Phase Dual RedundantAC-DC Power Supply for ASL Hyderabad.
5-144WAC-DC Power Supply for BEL Bangalore.
6-90W DC-DC Power Supply for BEL Pune.
7-42W AC-DC Power Supply for BEL Pune.
1.Prepare plan for project execution to complete it on target date.
2.Preparing Hardware Schematic design for new product as flow circuit diagram.
3.Designed schematic design using Or CAD 16.6 capture CIS.
4.Good Knowledge of read and understand schematic design and PCB layout
5.Study and analyze data sheets of various components.
6.Creation and loading of BOM in ERP.
7.Perform pilot testing involving functional and type test as per requirement.
9.Regular follow up on material availability with the Purchase Team for testing purposes.
10.Provide after sales service to customers for the products during the warranty period.
11.Follow up with customers after the products have been delivered and provide support on technical aspects.
12.Respond to customer complaints and provide onsite service, if required.

13.Prepare bill of material, schematic design, PCB design, test report, functional test procedure, environmental test report, failure analysis report, etc.
