Responsibilities: Be the main point of contact for management and support staff regarding day-to-day HR operations, best practices, policies and procedures Provide recommendations and guidance in weekly HR coaching sessions with supervisors and managers, on topics such as attendance, performance, talent management, leaves of absence, progressive discipline, etc. Advise on and communicate events throughout the employee lifecycle including leaves of absences, promotions and exits, and complete relevant documentation Investigate and respond to general employee and manager concerns or inquiries on a timely basis Export, consolidate and analyze monthly HR data reports with different internal partners.
