Position: Inside Sales Specialist

Salary: Package demand will depend up on the skills, knowledge, experience and expertise required on the expected skills.

Work location: Bangalore

Experience: Fresher or min 6 months and above

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Handle calls on leads generated on our digital platforms.

* Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions.

* Regular follow-ups with potential clients.

* Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary.

* Handle any operations-related activities that may be required, tabulate and record responses from all channels on excels.

* Generate relevant reports from the same. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned person who shall visit the customer.

* Analyze the quality of calls and strive for improvement.

2. Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment.

3. Self-learners with a high grasping ability so that you can learn
about the product.
