Role Designation- Senior Client Solution Manager

Responsibilities- The major engagements would involve: , 1. Taking ownership of deal level solutions and response, 2. Analyzing the technology/ business requirements, 3. Setting the collaboration framework , 4. Participating in technology selection , 5. Help identify win themes , 6. Add value and competitive differentiation in proposal responses , 7. Take bottom line for carrying out win loss analysis for the pursuit , 8. Collaborate with other Units to share learning and best practices , 9. Create Points of View and re-usable solution constructs, The person needs to take a lead in helping our clients drive end-to-end transformation across business lines, technologies, processes and people to unlock and create significant business value. , A Solution Architect has the following key responsibilities within the assigned account scope: , , Identify customer requirements, analyze alternatives and conduct product recommendations related to software, platform and network configurations. , Initiate proactive discussions with respect to the client's requirements as part of total sales team's effort. , Conduct architectural evaluation, design and analysis of organization-wide systems. , Help the solutions architecture team conceptualize and support the business oriented project development effort , Clearly articulate the solution proposition and business value and take end to end ownership of solution response, Create POVs and Solution constructs relevant to sales pitches

Technical and Professional Requirements- Experience range: 10-13 years of overall experience with at least 3 -4 years recently in such a role., Qualifications: , Mandatory: , Bachelor s degree in Engineering or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. , Solutioning experience in the IT space. , Broad knowledge of ADM, Application Support, Cloud, Digital Transformation, Technology Modernization, Analytics etc. Depth in at least one area., Relevant experience in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance domain. , Experience in interacting with clients. , Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. , Desirable: , MBA or equivalent Post-Graduate degree , Knowledge of industry specific solutions prevalent in the market

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Production/Industrial

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Marketing
