Job Description
Senior Recruitment Manager/Account Manager- Recruitment/Team Leader- Recruitment @Noida Sec 63 ( WFO )
Experience- 2-8 years
Role title- Team Leader- Recruitment
Key responsibilities
1. Manage and monitor end to end recruitment activity.
2. Responsible for guiding a team through the day-to-day workload, ensuring you develop and mentor everyone across the recruitment lifecycle in line with operational excellence expectations and measurements against department deliverables and KPIs.
3. Monitor industry best practice and identify opportunities for MNR Solutions to remain competitive in the current market to ensure we can attract the best talent and build an ongoing pipeline for future vacancies.
4. Maintain an up to date working knowledge of our industry in order to provide advice and guidance to relevant stakeholders, including Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners
5. Support the MNR organizational structure and hiring needs by developing well written, high quality position descriptions that adhere to classification requirements and meet the rules of contemporary best practice
6. Work cooperatively and collaboratively with other MNR HR colleagues to deliver high quality, consistent services to internal and external stakeholders
7. Champion the organizations vision and values through leading by example in operational excellence, professional behaviour and high standards of work
8. Ensure the experience delivered to our clients and candidates is underpinned by an excellence in customer service without compromise
