Hiring for Telesales Executive
1.Should be able to do Cold calling, Cross Selling, Outbound Process.
2.Build and maintain relationships with the customers and prospects
3.Use CRM to keep accurate and detailed records of all sales activities.
4.Stay up to date with trends and competitors to identify improvements or
recommend new products.
5.Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers (Abandoned cart/ retention data).
6. Generating sales via calling retention/ existing customers (Data will be provided).
7.Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
