Partnering with leadership team to understand the business strategy and preparing talent needs accordingly.
Develop the regional annual Manpower Recruitment plan and budget in line with Leadership team, DC/CC/PH team focussing in business objectives; monitor and adherence to the same
Design policies and processes for Recruitment & Selection SLAs across regions, monitor adherence to the same and take corrective action in case of any deviations
Participate in recruitment of critical senior & middle management roles across corporate and regions.
Drive maintenance of accurate and concise records and report concerning all phases of the recruitment process tools to ensure accurate reporting.
Responsible for managing relationships & evaluating the performance of recruiting partners/vendors including employment advertising, job portals, and employer branding in social platforms to attract best talent.
Ensure to create new sourcing channel through College Connect and Industry contacts.
Develop the capabilities of team and department to take on higher responsibilities while performing the given/in-charge responsibilities at various levels within the functions
Training and development of direct repartees.
Lead identification and development of candidate talent pools and devise a strategy to effectively engage with talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, social media groups, database search and referrals
Undertake employer branding initiatives and benchmarking with best practices in the industry to develop the organization as an Employer of Choice.
Identify suitable channels for advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates, and liaise with relevant stakeholders for the same.
Lead, manage and monitor end to end recruitment cycle, starting from sourcing, talent acquisition / pipeline development.
