Job Description Role ManagerFinance Department Finance Job Code - Role type People Manager Location Megabite Office - Bangalore Supervisor General Manager Finance Megabite Entity Reportees (Direct/Indirect) - Primary Roles and Responsibilities Purpose of the Job Role The overall purpose is to manage the accounting, Month end closures,MIS, Annual audits & Budget Primary Responsibilities Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information for Elior India or its respective entities Responsible for day to day accounting and producing financial reports of Budgets, AccountsPayable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, General Ledger of all Megabite entities Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the companys actual performance compared to the business plans Prepare month-end closing report and monthly financial statements and analysis GL maintenance, reconciliation. intercompany reconciliations Timely and accurate reporting, preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements Annual Budget and forecast and comparison with actual for variances and reason. Strict adherence of time line for finalization of monthly & annual accounts including MIS Forecast preparation on quarter basis and rolling forecast. Stock Audit, Consumption analysis, GRN & GI analysis, Open GRN. Year end Tax audit, Statutory audit, GST Monthly and annual audit. Knowledge in Indian GAAP, direct and indirect tax Role Outcome Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information Overall responsibility of handling entire accounting functions Qualification Criteria Minimum Educational Qualification CA completed Number of Years of Experience & Required Specialized Knowledge 6-8 years of experience in finance and accounting. SAP working experience.
