Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Generating Leads through web based market research; cold calling/sending emails to all the prospects.
• Information Gathering for prospective Clients building database
• Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
• Responsible for exploring and developing new businesses
• Signing contracts and establishing operations independently with the Fortune 500 companies.
• Measuring market risk like growing competition
• Sales responsibility and P&L Accountability for the business
• Have to be instrumental in dealing with the clients and streamlining collection process
• Reaching Sales Targets in terms of Clients acquired and MSA signed
• Driving Results and Efficiency

Skills & Qualifications required:

• Graduate/ Post graduate with 3-5 years exp in Client relations
• Sharp mind & Quick learner
• Good communication skill
• Ability to capture the services from other website
• Problem solving and Positivity in work
• Communicate Quality standards and maintain customer satisfaction Index.
• Should come up with new troubleshooting techniques
