Profile: Team Leader/Project Manager (MERN stack software developers)
Experience: 4-6 years
Notice Period: Immediate: Can do with 10 -15 days not more than that
Work timing: M-F; Timings are flexible but preferred is 10 am to 7 pm
Mode of Interview: Virtual - Google Hangouts No of rounds: 2 Technical 1 HR
Salary Bracket: 15LPA to 18LPA
1st Three months work from office then work from home option will be available.
Technical Requirements:
We are looking to hire talented senior MERN stack software developers with experience/skills in:
MEAN/MERN Stack
HTML/CSS, JavaScript
React-Redux, Webpack
PWA
Git
Node.js (Express)
MongoDB
Websockets.
AWS services like EC2, SES, S3, Cognito, Lambda etc.
Serverless Framework.
Redis
REST APIs
Experience with CI/CD.
Experience/Familiarity with Testing frameworks.
Mandatory Competencies:
Supervising, managing and motivating team members.
Provide progress reports of the project to and relevant stakeholders.
Risk Management.
Understand technical and business requirements and identify skills and resources required for the project.
Evaluate and Identify training required for team members and build the competency map.
Oversee all project execution procedures to identify and define suitable quality Metrics.
Coordinate between team and client for the flawless execution of projects.
Create and maintain comprehensive project/product documentation.
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
Technical review of work products delivered by the team

Good analytical and communication skills.
Flexible to learn new techniques
Self-Oriented, Proactive and Problem Solving.
Adaptive to challenging situations.
Essential Skills:
Able to define KRA for the team.
Able to budget and define a baseline for cost, scope and schedule.
Maintain risk register and monitor scope, cost, resource utilisation and effort
Response to RFQ for Software projects.
