Must have Contact Center experience for Voice and Digital on the Desktop Softphone setup experience as below
4 years of relevant experience in Microsoft technologies
SDLC on projects using Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5, 4.0 or Higher.
Asp.net, C#, MVC, Web API and SQL server.
Experience in invoking the SOAP/REST Web Service & IVR/Routing API Integration
HTML, XML, AJAX, Javascript, JQuery & Angular JS, IIS, Python
Experience in Genesys Contact Center domain
Relevant experience in Genesys workspace, Genesys Eservices, Genesys CTI, Genesys SIP, Genesys Composer(ORS) & Genesys OCS
Service Client API for 3rd party Integration with CRM Partners on desktop-WWE Web Editions, WDE , PSDK Awareness, Chat widgets
Should possess the good understanding with the Genesys framework along with ORS orchestration & Interaction servers
Genesys Configuration options to setup Agents, Agent Groups
Customization of Genesys Workspace Web Edition / Workspace Desktop Edition using Genesys SDK
Proficient in tools like GAX(Genesys Administrator Extension), GA(Genesys Administration) & Kazimir
Genesys Softphone Setup with SIP extensions/DNs
