Job Description
Position : Inside Sales Specialist
Location: Bangalore
Salary:-upto 5.4lpa
Exp:-0-7yrs( freshers can also apply)
Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Handle calls on leads generated on our digital platforms.
* Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate
maximum conversions.
* Regular follow-ups with potential clients.
* Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as
necessary.
* Handle any operations-related activities that may be required.
Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excels.
* Generate relevant reports from the same. Schedule appointments and
coordinate with the concerned person who shall visit the customer.
* Analyze the quality of calls and strive for improvement
Skills/Abilities:
1. Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitch
like a charm
2. Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a
high-performance high-growth environment
3. Self-learners with a high grasping ability so that you can learn
about the product.
