Sales Engineer @ Draeger India

Job Description

To achieve the sales budget for quota for Draeger products / solutions. Increase market penetration in Kolkata, manage sales & marketing activities and develop new accounts.

Increase business from distributors / channel partners. Support & Monitor secondary sales

1. Active development of customer relationships, long-term partnership with B customers defined by the Draeger rules in his defined geographic area.

2. Follow standard sales process, Precise Sales forecasting, Responsibility for sales Budget (Net revenue & margin), Negotiate & close the deals, plan out of box strategy.

3. Focus on sales of Draeger portfolio (Draeger and non-Draeger products): Position Draeger as Solution provider and Increase primary sales and also support secondary sales (excluding after sales business). Develops together with the customer the ideal device / solution portfolio for customer needs.

4. Participates on road shows and exhibitions, Monitors market, competitor and customer development informs Zonal Manager, Modality managers about market trends. Continually updates CRM, market / product analysis with product specialist.

5. Assists in payment receivables management.
