Job Description
Min 8 years of hands on in Marketing and Lead generation with MBA in Marketing from any reputed universities or colleges.
- A Marketing professional with minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in SEO, social media marketing, ORM, website maintenance, paid marketing, lead generation through growth hacking, branding, product marketing, GTM strategy with proven results in the global market
- Ability to learn new tools, concepts and technology within a short span of time
- A team player with strong communications, leadership, self- motivated, problem solving and analytical skills
- Any allied Certifications will be preferred viz: Google Analytics, Google AdWords (Search and Mobile), Google Tag Manager, HubSpot Certified Inbound Marketing, Growth Hacking with Digital Marketing
- Having an quantitative approach to the global market
- Defining and executing Digital Marketing Strategies- SEO, SMM, Content marketing, Employer branding, Recruitment marketing, Lead generation, ORM etc
- Search Engine Optimization: Optimizing and ensuring the best practices to drive relevant organic traffic to the websites. On-page and Off-page optimization, keyword research, website architecture, Mobile SEO, All in one SEO and Yoast, etc.
- Lead Generation across globe through various innovative means & tools/techniques,- Linked In, Mail campaigning, Growth hacking, Inbound web traffic, Industry events, Tech meetups etc
- Data Mining and Data Analysis wrt Lead Generation and Marketing
- Content Creation and writing, content marketing
- Website strategies: Revamp, technical audit, loading time enhancement, backup, migration, new page addition or edits on the previous webpages, Website revamp, wireframe, maintenance, enhancement and tech audit etc.
- Content Marketing management: Social media updates, blog ideas (website and guest posts), corporate deck, internal and external communication
Online reputation management and Employer branding
- Social Media Marketing: Maintain social presence, increase brand awareness, competitive research, choose channels and tactics, manage digital campaigns, paid campaigns, remarketing, cost optimization
- Executive Metrics/ Analytics Reports includes comparison with the past data, Scope of improvement and Action plan
- Paid campaigns: AdWords and LinkedIn (Product Marketing and Talent Solution)
- Google Platforms: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Keyword Planner, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console etc
- Tools and Plugins: Salesforce CRM, Ahrefs, MOZ and SEMrush, Wix, cPanel and WordPress, Leadsquared, Hootsuite and Buffer (SM automation), heatmap (visitors tracking), Pageproofer (FMS), ATS integration (MNH, Skillate), Online chatbots etc
