Roles and Responsibilities-.
Candidate must have strong knowledge and working experience on various US Visa/ employment types and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC , OPT and CPT. etc
Should have worked within the MSP (Managed Service Provider) /VMS (Vendor Management System) based Direct Clients environment.
Sourcing right candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements, Headhunting, and Networking & Employee Referrals.
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
Understanding & Analysing the requirements. Creating or reviewing Job descriptions.
Coordinating with different business leaders and conducting interviews
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates till end of process.
Responsible for preliminary interview
Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Job Qualifications-
Strong verbal and written communication
Should have 5-12 Years of Recruitment experience in US pharma
Must be willing to work in night shifts (7:30pm to 4:30am IST).
Strong desire to self-learn
Willing to work on tight deadlines.
Comfortable with high speed working under pressure
