1. Candidate based in Mumbai for reputed Pharma and will be responsible for handling Dermatology Segment.
2. Candidate should have experienced in Digital Marketing.
3. Candidate will focus on Marketing and by promoting products in Dermatology Segment.
4. He / She should have good experience and knowledge in Dermatology.
5. He / She will closely work with Field Manager and all other supporters frequently.
He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.
6. Design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.
7. Customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products.
8. Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders.
9. Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.
10. Field Work To review & evaluate strategy implementation.
11. Co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.
Required Candidate profile
1. B. Pharma or B.Sc and MBA in Marketing , 15 -20 years in Pharma Marketing/PMT out of 2-3 yrs as Marketing Manager handling Dermatology Segment.
2. He/she should be creative and innovative.
3. He/She should have good knowledge of Dermatology.
4. He/She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands.
5. Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals.
