UI / UX Designer @ Nsys Technologies

Wireframing, prototyping, interaction, and graphic design - UX as well as UI across the web and mobile platforms
Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UIUX design strategy.
Collaborate with developers, users, and PMs relentlessly to improve the user experience
Oversee the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
Partner with the business to establish clear problem statements
Deliver responsive designs that maximize the user's experience for all devices
Assist with building our design system with alignment to product branding
Stay current on new design methodologies
Conduct visual quality assurance testing to ensure that products are consistent with the intended design
Ideal Skills and Qualifications
Strong command of tools Adobe XD, Figma, and Illustrator.
0-5 years of relevant UI/UX experience
Collaborative mindset and work abilities
Ability to effectively absorb and apply peer feedback
Have an interest in, understanding of, or experience with Design Thinking Methodology
