Job Summary
Immediate hiring is going on for Ground Staff to our leading Aviation Company.
The Ground staff candidates are responsible for the services and duties, safety of Passengers at the airport, the Ground staff candidates will be welcoming/greeting the Passengers with pleasant personality, giving the information of flight timings, boarding time, booking passengers tickets, Managing their baggage, addressing the passenger's queries, assure security, and handling the day to day operational activities.
Age Criteria: 18 to 35 years (The applicant/candidate age should be below 36 age)
( Male, Female both can apply)
Job Location: Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar.
Salary : 21500/- to 28700/- per month
Responsibilities & duties:
The Ground staff member will be responsible for day to day operations at the airport.
Receiving/welcoming the passengers in a pleasing personality.
Helping passengers in getting their luggage.
Checking the passenger's baggage coming in for flights
Scanning the passenger tickets
Delivering all the necessary information to travelers on flights.
Supporting/helping passengers with all problems, including lost luggage/equipment.
Booking & re-booking the passenger's flight tickets.
Providing required knowledge about flight timings and halts.
Ensure Safety and security check.
Helping the passengers to check in their baggage at the counters.
Skills and Qualifications :
Mandatory qualification: 10th pass & above
Job Location: Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar.
Age limit: 18 to 35 years.
Best communication skills.
Required Language: English.
Basic Computer Knowledge is a must.
Responsible for passengers security and safety
