  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Can Work according to the US shifts.
  • Fresher can Also Apply.
  • Attending Calls to schedule Appointments.
  • Excellent Typing Speed skills in English is a must, command over English language will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in using MS Office Software mainly Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint with excellent documentation and presentation skills
  • Easy to Communicate in US Accent


  • Atleast 0 - 3 years experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
