Dear Candidate,

We are urgently hiring Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager-HR-WFO at Sector 80, Noida.

Job Description

Ensuring required manpower both at managerial level and frontline are in place as per the manpower planning for the LOB.
Responsible for hiring Talent within the TAT both Managerial & Front line.
Leading and coaching team for higher level of HR process adherence.
Ensuring error free Monthly payroll processing for the LOB.
Ensure all Statutory Labour and Payroll compliance followed at the respective LOB.
Driving Employee Engagement and D&I initiatives for the locations.
Work collaboratively along with business stake holders in driving business agenda.

Required Candidate profile

Post MBA 5 to 8 years of HRBP role with Retail/E-commerce organization or similar industry
Demonstrated ability to lead the team of HR in high level process orientation
Demonstrated collaborative working with Business stake holders
In depth knowledge on HR compliance & payroll processing

Qualification: MBA in Human Resource

CTC: Best as per the industry norms
