PM Practice Reporting Authority: Director Delivery/Delivery Manager Experience : 8 to 10 years of total industry experience in software development Minimum 3 years in project management.

Take complete accountability of success of the project
Sound technical knowledge: high-level understanding of the technologies especially customer s technology landscape
Should be able to participate in technical discussions with all stakeholders customer, architects, tech leads
Awareness of digital technologies and their use cases
Be adept in handling technical tools and have a deep insight in the subject of the project
Have in depth understanding of the development and testing best practices
Ability to understand business domain for providing solution. Analyse, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
Goal setting and result orientation
Demonstrated experience in building high performance teams. Experience in working with cross-cultural teams
Consistently build innovation culture within team leading by example
Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
Ability to contribute to the Project Management Practice and various organization initiatives
Experience in RFP, RFI and Pre Sales
Exposure and proven experience in CMM/ISO
Able to implement the organization management system in the project
Have excellent understanding of Agile methodology
Able to visualize and set project vision. Prepare project plan to achieve the vision. Give complete clarity to the team
