Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Brainstorms with the creative team to discover new solutions and approaches to old problems.
Evaluates the progress of innovation and adjusts the pace or direction of new projects in accordance.
Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
Monitors research and development of other organizations to spot trends in innovation and supplement research findings in the companys industry.
Project Management for the tax innovation programs including implementation. Having end -to -end ownership in the project from ideation to implementation.
Drive incubation and growth of new tax services, offering and business innovation. Promote and encourage others to provide ideas/concepts relating to US Corporate tax when working in diverse teams.
Providing support to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) function relating to various Tax Processes.
Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm.
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
People Responsibilities
Drive process improvement standardization across Tax service line with an aim of reducing FTE hours.
Encourages creative thinking in employees and finds ways to nurture innovative thinking across all areas of the business unit.
Ensure to understand business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.

Responsible for developing innovative solutions for increased productivity/utilization.

Experience in leading the Innovation & RPA teams of other Big4 in India would be of added advantage
Strong working knowledge on Alteryx, Tableau and various RPA tools. (e.g., Blue prism,
