Job Description

• Responsible for overall branch operations and profitability of the branch.
• Handling branch operations team, motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch set targets month on month.
• Ensure gold loan growth at branch month on month.
• Responsible for canvasing and marketing all financial products of Muthoot Finance.
• Building relationship with customers and follow- up.
• Increase interest collections of the branch and control on NPA's.

• Graduates / Post graduates with operations and marketing experience in Banking and Financial industry.
• Minimum period of 2 years can also apply (Preferred only Males)
